Throughout my career of more than twenty years, I've worked in project and program management. I always aim to do my best. I focus on ensuring projects finish on time, stay within budget, and meet expectations. I use Agile methods, like Scrum and Kanban, to get things done efficiently. I chose project management because I enjoy organizing and making things work better. In my experience, I found that agile methodologies are great for making teams flexible and responsive. Using these techniques, I have been able to streamline projects and complete more tasks. I also enjoy looking for ways to improve the way we work
