My name is Nur Azwani Binti Ahmad Razali and I am a fresh graduate student from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Faculty of Social Science and Humanities with a degree in Psychology. Currently, I am working at Permodalan Nasional Berhad Commercial (PNBC) as a Graduate Executive Trainee (MyStep), where I support legal department operations by doing administration tasks. I honed my ability to ensure smooth daily operations by organizing and maintaining critical documents, contracts, agreements, and records. I developed a meticulous eye for detail by reviewing agreements for discrepancies and implementing necessary corrections, ensuring accuracy and compliance. My role required clear, professional communication as I managed correspondence with clients and internal departments, always prioritizing timeliness and clarity. Additionally, I operated office equipment to manage documentation efficiently and upheld strict confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information. These experiences have equipped me with the organizational, analytical, and communication skills essential for success in a human resources role.
