iPMT/PMC Lead Static Equipment Engineer, holding IEng status registered with Engineers Council in the UK, a member of Institution of Mechanical Engineer (IMechE), a Professional member of Energy Institute (MEI), a member of Association for Material Protection and Performance (AMPP), with rich experience gaining from working overseas in multinational environment for reputed Consultancy firms and EPC Contractors on various projects at different phases from FEED to EPC followed at field engineering, covered both onshore and offshore, nearshore, greenfield and brownfield (revamping and conversion projects) across Refinery (intensive, various units), Petrochemical (PP, PE, Naptha cracking, Olefin), Gas Processing Plants GPP, Chemical plant, LNG, FPSO and Wellhead Platform. I have an impressive command of international codes and standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, NACE, TEMA, well versed in static equipment design, have basic knowledge of fired heater. rotating and package equipment, damage mechanisms and corrosion, able to perform thermal design, optimization and selection type of shell & tube heat exchanger using Aspen EDR. The equipment I have been working with ranging from low to high pressure and temperature, thin to thick wall, small to large size, constructed of carbon steel, carbon steel and cladding, carbon steel and refractory lining, low and high alloy, stainless steel and duplex and sour service. I am involved in 4 major projects (2.5~ 5.5 billions dollars) within 5 years in 3 countries since 2019 as a Lead Engineer.
