Area of Expertise: Work on health and saftey evaluation, production line, quality control and defence project
– Responsibilities: Check the quality of the manfactured parts mostly of the defence parts like which include;
– WR-FCC Right and Left Plate
– Air Data Box
– DR-Servo Box etc and check the quality based on the given master drawings of the parts. And have good
understanding of the drawings .And have grip on the Creo design software
– Also do documentaion, which include PQCT (Process Quality Control Table) reports for the atlas honda parts
which are as: Rod Clutch Lifter, Cam Gear, Cam Follower, Oil Through, Plug Bearing Push, Gear Shaft shift etc
and some for the parts of Millat like hydraulic shaft and axle shaft
– Implementation of the 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) in a Company
– Complete the stock report on the hyradulic shaft in the line and give my report to the manager
– Strong grip on the softwares like MS Excel, Work and Power Point
