I having more than 14 years in active and progressive experience in Electrical & Instrument and Telecom Engineering practices ranging from engineering, fabrication, installation, inspection, and commissioning of the project onshore and offshore with emphasis on oil and gas platforms, topside modules, electrical buildings (E-house), LNG, utilities, central field facilities (CFF), jack up rigs new-building, living quarter. As a “COMPEX/ATEX/EEHA/IECEx” Electrical Equipment Hazardous Area, competent in performing preparation, installation, maintenance & Inspection of explosion protected apparatus in hazardous area and have a clear understanding and knowledge of the various types of explosion protection, installation practices, rules and regulations, and the general principles of area classification. Vast experience and knowledge in installation supervision of HV/LV Switchboard, HV/LV transformer, electrical/Instrument panels, lighting system, UPS and Battery, navigational aid, heat tracing, general alarm, electrical and instrument supports, cable ladder/tray, pulling, glanding, termination of power, control, instrument and telecom. Cables, installation of various field instruments, fire and gas system and another electrical/instrument and telecom equipment. Having good knowledge in international standard and codes such us API, NEMA, NEC, IEC, IEEE, NFPA etc. Familiar with electrical & Instrument drawings, general arrangements, single line diagrams, block diagrams, interconnection diagrams, loop drawings, P & ID and Computer literate using MS Office application, etc. Experienced for Factory Acceptance Test, mechanical completion ITR’s traceability by several system are: ICAPS, PIMS, Zenator, Win PCS

• Job Description and Duties

* Supervises and monitors the activities of assigned personnel. Performs supervisory duties at the level established by management for the position. 

* Reviews drawings, bills of materials and project schedules, seeks clarifications from supervisor, project or design engineers as necessary, and assesses work to be done

* Ensures that contractor personnel are thoroughly briefed regarding all fire and safety rules and regulations pertaining to their work, inclusive of attending the safety orientation briefing.

* Oversees the construction work in progress, normally of several objects during the same period and monitors erection schedules, checks on conformity to approved drawings, attends site progress meetings, arranges for necessary inspections and liaises with other departments, such as Quality, HSE and other Engineering personnel.

* Ensure that work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, contractual terms and good workmanship.

* As relevant, liaises with other departments for obtaining Acceptance of Work Certificates on completion of work.

* Responsible for the support of Company Safety, environment and Quality policies and programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities related to his job as spelled out in Management system documentation, policies, procedures, local documentation, Management System Manual, Safety Manual and other related documents.

* Carries out other similar duties such as providing advice on construction considerations/potential problems to supervisor or to project/design engineers, and ensuring that construction personnel exercise good housekeeping practices to keep the worksite safe and tidy during/after construction.

* Ensure that all construction Elec, Instrumentation and Telecom activities are done in line with the Company standards.
