Knowledge in Oil and Gas upstream facilities like Gas/oil gathering stations, Compressors, separators, Transfer and injection pumps, Product shipping pumps, Associated/Vapor recovery gas compressor units.

Hands on Early Production plants like different instrument systems and controls in inlet & Export manifolds, separators, desalters, crude heaters, depurators, chemical injection skids, water & crude transfer and booster pumps, storage tanks.

          I had experience in a variety of Process Instrumentation and Control systems. Experience in Gas and Steam Turbine and compressor control systems like anti-surge & load control systems. Experienced in high pressure (4000 BARG) testing and calibration, Burner Management System, Turbine governor controllers. Hands-on Electronic, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Mechanical and Analytical instrument & Control systems. Has Knowledge of SMART, HART and Foundation Field bus instruments. Also, hands-on fire & gas and ESD systems.

Experienced in Online analyzers like CEMS Analyzer & Gas chromatograph and gas monitors.

Experienced in ABB PLC, Siemens PLC, Intouch SCADA, DELTA V Systems, HONEYWELL DCS and ladder logic & SCADA programming.

• Experience in SAP system, MERIDIUM system, Master Data Record Manager and computer works.
