I have been working as project planning & control with more than 11 years of experience in managing large-scale EPC projects (Owner/Client, PMC (Project Management Consultant, Main Contractor) covering detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning & start-up, FEL/FEED (Front End Loading/Front End Engineering Design). Highly adept in project controlling & analyzing, combined with advanced project management skills to optimize the work productivity and achieve the project goals successfully.

My Major Accomplishment :

Managed complex and large-scale (over #3 Billion Project Value) oil & gas, power plant, petrochemical, mining project, optimize the implementation of project management processes by utilizing enhanced project management tools effectively, ensuring project objectives were attainable in a timely manner and within the budget.
Improved the integration system between project schedule and other systems (e.g. cost, finance, engineering, construction) by establishing integrated WBS concept, maximizing the effectiveness of planning and controlling.
Increased work progress/productivity by establishing enhanced tools using Excel Query and Online Database.
