About

A professional having more than 16 years of work experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) company especially in Quality Control system. Good knowledge about Inspection, Welding Processes, Metallurgy, Non Destructive Test, Destructive Test, Fabrication of Welding Field Erection, Piping, Pressure vessel & Boiler, Structural, etc, Code and Standard.

Experience in Piping Mechanical Completion and Hook up/Pre commissioning consist of system and sub-system of piping which the activity includes of review of test packages, perform line work, pressure testing such as (Hydrostatic test, Pneumatic test, Static/Gravity test, Leak test), reinstatement and Flange Management.

Have strong unique experience in Mechanical of Valves testing, installation and preservation Consist of Double Block Valve, Valve FBE Coating, Gate Valve, Ball Valve, Butterfly Valve, MOV valve, AOV Valve, ZV Valve, Control Actuated Valve, Check Valve Etc.

Experience in Wellhead and Christmas Tree Equipment Consist of Casing Head Spool, Casing Head Housing, Casing Hanger, Flanges, Tubing Head Spool, Tubing Hanger, Actuator, Valves, Back-pressure Valve, Tees and Cross etc.

Experience in Subsea Production System (SPS) consist of Vertical/Horizontal XTs, Subsea Manifold, Flexible Pipe, Assembly and Testing consist of EFAT, FAT.

Experience in Subsea Wellhead Connection System consist of Lower Pressure Housing, High Pressure Housing, Landing Sub Mudmat, Connector Pin and Box, Swage, Tubular Sub, Casing Hanger etc.
