Almost fifteen (15) years integrated progressive experience gained in the field of Engineering, Procurement & Construction mainly in the onshore Oil and Gas, LNG, LPG & Petrochemical Plant facilities; Wellhead / Gas Compression / Water Injection / Pipelines / Refineries and also related revamping project through deeply involved in tendering process, constructability study, fabrication & installation monitoring, witnessed in quality control inspection & testing, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning and ready for startup phase of piping and mechanical systems in different large scale and complex projects.

As having LNG & LPG Brownfield project experiences for installation and shaft-alignment of BOG Compressor (9.679 rpm, 6.700 kW, IP 56), Gas Engine Generator (5.324 rpm, 2.500 kW, IP 56), Reciprocating Compressor and another kind of Centrifugal Pumps. Along of piping works experience for installation & Tie-in management with following related a ground-rule as like Tie-in Brownfield Charter as agreed by high-level BP Management. And definitely comply with BP Procedure Management of Change (MoC – 100544) before initiation plan of existing modification.

Moreover, deeply comprehend of provisions BP Procedure Upstream Control of Work for requirement CoW process in Brownfield area such as Risk assessing tasks & hierarchy of controls, Hot work open flammable requirement (HWOF), Isolation management requirement, Confined space entry, Lifting over live plant, Breaking containment & Ground disturbance works as long as follow the requirement as stated on BP eCoW procedure no. 100340.
