My name Diki Antaruna, a Project Manager with over 6 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in project execution, facility engineering, and stakeholder management. I began my career as a Civil & Facility Engineer, developing expertise in facility planning, cost control, HSE compliance, and design supervision for major infrastructure such as gas pipelines, roads, bridges, and industrial facilities.

Over the past four years at Triangle Pase Inc., I have been leading multi-disciplinary projects, overseeing project planning, budget control (RAB, WP&B), and performance reporting to management and regulators (SKK Migas and BPMA). My background also includes tender management, procurement evaluation, and the use of professional tools such as SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, Microsoft

Project, and Adobe Photoshop. Beyond engineering, I was entrusted as Act. Head of Community Development (Comdev) & Security, where I led CSR initiatives, coordinated field security, and successfully achieved state land certification for the company’s operational areas. This role sharpened my leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, strengthening collaboration between the company, government, and local communities.
