RUMENTATION AND CONTROL SYSTEM ENGINEER ▪ Having over 21+ years of experience in Basic & Detailed engineering, Testing, Installation, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning, and startup up activities of Instrumentation and control systems. ▪ Expertise in with Emergency Shutdown System (ESD/IPS), Fire and Gas System (FGS), High-Integrity Pressure Protection System (HIPPS), Burner Management System (BMS) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS). ▪ Experience in interfacing with various third-party control system communication packages through TCP/IP Modbus and OPC protocols. ▪ Knowledge in HAZOP, SIL determination and evaluation process. ▪ Proficiency in designing, implementation & testing of wide range of I/O, basic control functions, interlocks, Sequences, Operator interface and other control components. ▪ Expertise in managing engineering teams and provide technical guidance and mentoring as necessary. ▪ Proven abilities in swiftly ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and on time execution. ▪ Familiar with Piping and Instrumentation Diagram, Process Flow Diagram, Control Narratives, Cause and Effect diagrams, Shutdown hierarchy, Instrument data sheet.
