currently I am Integrarion system engineer at Naval Group Malaysia , which is company manage the technical engineering for LCS warship. My role is to built Combat system management command control system. Within 1 year in this company , I havae managed to build a command multifunction console for LCS warship. It has been FAT and commissioning. The project completed within the time line. My previous company is Boustead DCNS Naval Corporation and my last role as Head of QHSE in Submarine MRO company, my role, I was responsible for directing a team 32 personnel and pulling together strategies in quality controller and assurance, also manage the HSE team. I have role this position about 5 years. I am managed a QHSE system to identify and minimize risks at workplace and construction site. This role to ensure effectiveness of QHSE system directly affects to our business performance. Before I take this role, I was a Maintenance Manager since 2014 to 2018 in same company and promoted to Head of department QHSE in year 2018 till present. During doing maintenance manager, I am managed Combat System management, it is about electrical and electronic for submarines maintenance. I was in charge of project management, ensuring that each team member knew what their role was and that everyone was able to work to some strategy effectively, on time and under budget. During in this role, I have manage 20 personnel consist of engineers and technicians. I am support them on technical and management. As well as working closely with my team, I also had to work with a group of contractors and provide regular reports and updates to the senior management team. From this experience, I’ve learned a lot about how to make the most project and how to work closely with different team members, I’ve been proud of how each member was able to feel confident enough to make suggestion on ways to ensure the success of the project and it’s been great to see the campaign outcomes achieve their key deliverables. This recorded as team KPI and meet companies KPI. In year 2014 to 2018 I am managing maintenance team about 20 personnel In year 2018 till present I am managing 32 personnel under QHSE. I am reporting direct to CEO.As a leader in, I have manage an organization chart to create a strong team, example in QHSE, I have create a position of Controller inspector and build a team for continuous improvement and six sigma. I also manage the revitalize of organization, to ensure my team have understand about their job description and new roles. Also create a team for obsolete parts. As we know submarine was used technologies in year 2010, and almost 12 years, there should have mid-life upgrade system.
