✔ Proven System Integration & Offshore Commissioning Experience

Across Trisystems Engineering, I spent a decade as a Senior Commissioning Engineer, executing full-cycle commissioning, system integration and energisation works for:

• Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS)
• Fire & Gas Systems (FGS)
• Emergency Shutdown (ESD)
• Process Monitoring & Control Systems
• SCADA & communications (Cimplicity, AVEVA/Wonderware)

I have led multi-discipline integration—mechanical, E&I, marine utilities—ensuring all systems meet boundary requirements before handover. This includes reviewing P&IDs, SLDs, C&E charts, FDS, loop drawings, and performing walkdowns, punch closure and logic validation.

✔ FAT/SAT leadership & yard-based commissioning (China/Korea/Singapore)

I have worked in international yards, including Hyundai Heavy Industries, Ulsan, for the SHWE Daewoo Drilling Platform shutdown & FGS commissioning. My track record includes:

• Leading FAT/SAT for Triconex SIS/FGS
• Managing commissioning dossiers, ITRs, system test records
• Ensuring compliance with IEC 61511, API, and client specifications
• Supporting vendor mobilisation and interface clarification

I am fully accustomed to yard environments, SIMOPs management, PTW, LOTO isolation, and tight schedule execution.

✔ Commissioning Leadership & Client Coordination

Your role requires strong cross-team coordination. In my previous roles:

• I supervised teams of engineers for PETRONAS Optimal Turnaround, MLNG, Shell, and ExxonMobil assets.
• I coordinated between engineering, construction, vendors, and end users to ensure safe energisation and start-up.
• I delivered zero-incident commissioning under live plant conditions.

My background strongly supports your requirement for interface coordination, troubleshooting, and system readiness leadership.

✔ CMS Tools, Documentation & Handover

I have extensive experience maintaining commissioning documentation, ITRs, SAT records, and handover dossiers.

While I have used a range of CMS/QA systems, I am fully capable of working with ICAPS, WinPCS, or Hexagon tools.

• Strong ability to diagnose real-time system faults (Shell E8, Seligi Complex, Titan LDPE).
• History of delivering commissioning ahead of schedule with zero quality deviations.

• Valid offshore certification background (BOSIET/FOET previously held; able to renew immediately).
• Fully willing to relocate to China for long-term project duration.
