I am Nurul Alia Jannati Binti Mohd Nizam, a highly motivated and goal-oriented professional with a strong background in maritime studies and extensive experience in shipping and logistics. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies from the National Defence University Malaysia, where I developed a keen interest in maritime operations and logistics.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to manage complex tasks and deliver results under pressure. As an Operational Cashflow Executive at Inchcape Shipping Services, I have successfully managed prefunding and invoice verification processes for port calls in Singapore, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolutions. My role required meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills, which I have honed over time.

In addition to my current role, I have experience as a Documentation Executive and Liner Operation Executive, where I managed port call planning activities, verified Bill of Lading documentation, and coordinated with various stakeholders to ensure efficient operations. My ability to maintain accurate records and collaborate effectively with principals, shipping partners, and regulatory authorities has been instrumental in my success.

I am proficient in using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and ArcGIS, and I am fluent in both Malay and English. My technical skills, combined with my ability to adapt to new challenges, make me a valuable asset to any team.
