I am a Group Logistics Manager with New Britain Palm Oil Limited (NBPOL), an upstream palm oil operation fully integrated with a state-of-the-art refinery on West New Britain Island, PAPUA NEW GUINEA. The ONE (1) year contract position oversees the project network of the Commercial , Logistics, Procurement and Supply Chain processes including policies and standards (SOP’s). It emphasizes the day-to-day operations, including managing the supply chain, logistics, trade tax & duties, storage, distribution, and analyzing demand-supply, logistics/ shipments for the purchase and deliveries of equipment, machines, spare parts, and fertilizer supplies from origin country to all NBPOL entities in Papua New Guinea including Solomon Island.

I have experience managing the Shipping, Logistics, and Supply Chain for major construction, infrastructure, and facilities projects, including the USD7.0bil Intel Pelican Project, the USD2.0bil Klang Valley Double Track Rail, and USD2.0bil Mass Rapid Transport, for Consultation, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning.

All cross-functional projects and responsibilities include monitoring, supervising, and expediting materials for project facilities, commercial, procurement, and logistics activities between vendors and Third Party Logistics/ Shipping on the deliveries of materials and equipment/ material mobilization and demobilization, managing and coordinating the project logistics development.

The experience of managing, overseeing, and monitoring the overall commercial aspect of fast-paced demanding Supply Chain, Logistics, Shipping, Procurement, and Warehouse business environments plus specializing in order management and planning processes prepared me to utilize and challenge my skills and creativity thus enabling me to be as a mentor to others as well as a decision-making leader that fits any organization.
