Tools control of HSSE that are Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Site Supervision, Tool box meetings (TBM), Safety morning, etc. Important things to support the implementation of CTQ-HSSE are Quality Management System (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). By the references standard are : ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 and SMK3. The main literature to run projects are PMBOK and others to Define, Plan, Organized, Action, Control and Close up (D'POAC-C) supported by RCSA to deal with risks, SWOT analysis for problem solving, and HIRA for Health Safety Security and Environments assurance. While the software and computer programs that I use are Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word, Outlook, etc.), supported by other engineering software such as AutoCad, SketchUp, SAP2000, Etabs, etc. And now, I am looking for a new opportunity to do my best at a right company, as General Manager Construction, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Plan and Control, or equivalent, at anywhere.
