Escalated to engineering, led field implementation of the revised solution. Avoided structural failure and schedule impact. → Rebuilt a failing recirculation system on a naval damage control simulator (gravity-based → pump-based) under operational constraints. Managed SAT, delivered, trained naval personnel. I work through Thalen Maritime, my independent consultancy based in Bangkok (HK entity). Available for field-based and remote missions.
