Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and documentation support for FPSO project
- Coordinate meetings, progress tracking, and project communication
- Manage project records and maintain document control
- Support project managers in daily operational needs
- Liaise with internal teams for scheduling and follow-up
- Assist in ensuring project compliance with internal standards
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in oil and gas industry
- Familiar with project coordination and documentation processes
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
