Scope of Work

KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Provide all secretarial and administrative support to Head of Malaysia Brownfield Asset, including Sabah Asset and Sarawak Asset departments when required.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Perform diverse secretarial duties including typing and distribution of memos/letters, scanning and distribution of mails, handling telephone calls, etc.
  2. Schedule and coordinate all appointments internal and external, inter-department meetings and maintain an efficient record of the meetings. Also provides the Head of Malaysia Brownfield Asset timely reminders on his appointments/meetings.
  3. Arrangements of flights and hotel accommodation, visa applications and car rentals for business and personal trips.
  4. Assist in compilation of weekly reports, monthly forecast reports and Malaysia Management Committee (MyMC) reports and also to ensure timely submission to the Management.
  5. Receive, monitor and track documents to ensure proper handling with regards to signature, distribution and responses.
  6. Provide administrative assistance to team members by communicating with IT Department, Administrative Services Department and etc.

  • PETRONAS Nasional Berhad, Malaysia Petroleum Management, PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd, Travel Agents, Car Rental Companies, Hoteliers (locally & overseas), Airlines eg MAS, Real Estate Agents, Movers, Legal firms, Florists, Contractors etc.
