Job Summary / Principal Accountabilities
Responsible for managing offshore and marine-related permits for Floating LNG operations, ensuring all formalities are fulfilled in accordance with maritime, energy, and customs regulations.
Responsibility
• Coordinate and manage permits for FLNG facilities and offshore operations (FPSO, FSRU, etc).
• Interface with maritime authorities (e.g., DGST, KSOP, Ministry of Transportation).
• Ensure compliance with regulations related to offshore mobilization, demobilization, and marine operations.
• Track timelines for permit approvals and ensure timely renewals/extensions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technical and regulatory requirements.
• Support import/export documentation and customs clearances for offshore assets.
• Develop, track and update the status of all regulatory submissions and permitting timelines.
• Provide regulatory support during inspections and audits.
Job Specification
Essential Skills & Software Knowledge:
• Familiarity with maritime and offshore permitting systems.
• Understanding of FLNG or FPSO operations and related formalities.
• Knowledge of customs clearance, marine law, and offshore safety regulations.
• Competency in regulatory documentation and permit tracking.
• Proficient in document control, tracking tools, and Microsoft Office.
Minimum Requirements / Work Experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in offshore permitting or regulatory compliance, preferably in oil & gas or infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
