Key Responsibilities

HSEQ

 Undertake works in accordance with site specific HSEQ Construction Methodologies, Risk

Assessments, Site Rules and Keller Policies and Procedures together with Site Safety Supervisor.

 Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures together with Site Safety

Supervisor

 Conduct Pre-Task Talk (PTT) for all activities carried out on site.

 Comply with all Site HSE rules.

Project Planning and Coordination

 Reports to Site Engineer daily on-site activities, problem encountered and progress respectively

 Supervise and coordinate all sub-contractors on site’s operation matters and ensure their

compliance to Keller Safety Standard.

 Coordinate with project team for all material delivery.

 Record machine, manpower, plant & equipment and material on site and submit to site engineer

Cost, Quality and Time

 Ensure timely and smooth progress of works and record all the unproductive time with reason.

 Manage construction process & maintain workers schedule.

 Ensure compliance with company or government regulations

 Ensure quality control of the works and prepare a quality report.

 Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Educational Qualification:

• SPM / O level or equivalent
• Candidate possess at least Professional Certificate or
• Diploma in relevant fields

Length and Types of Working Experience:

• At least 1-5 years of working experience in construction industry

Personal Characteristics and Behaviors Required:

• Always priorities safety requirements and comply to the safety guidelines indicated Keller Policies
• Able to communicate and supervise a team of workers
• Ability to work independently with high level of initiative
