Key Responsibilities

Supervise E&I completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities
Oversee power generation and distribution, control, monitoring, and safety systems
Verify commissioning documentation, test records, and punch list status
Conduct surveillance inspections and participate in walkdowns and acceptance tests
Liaise with shipyard teams, vendors, and client representatives to resolve technical issues
Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures
Report progress, deviations, and technical issues to the project team

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 10 years E&I experience on offshore or newbuild projects
At least 5 years experience in E&I completion and commissioning of FSO/FPSO/FPU or similar offshore units
Strong understanding of electrical power systems, instrumentation, and control systems
Experience working in shipyards on offshore newbuild projects
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Right to work in China
Willingness to work onsite and physically able to conduct inspections in confined spaces and at height
