Scope of Work

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise E&I completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities
  • Oversee power generation and distribution, control, monitoring, and safety systems
  • Verify commissioning documentation, test records, and punch list status
  • Conduct surveillance inspections and participate in walkdowns and acceptance tests
  • Liaise with shipyard teams, vendors, and client representatives to resolve technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures
  • Report progress, deviations, and technical issues to the project team


Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years E&I experience on offshore or newbuild projects
  • At least 5 years experience in E&I completion and commissioning of FSO/FPSO/FPU or similar offshore units
  • Strong understanding of electrical power systems, instrumentation, and control systems
  • Experience working in shipyards on offshore newbuild projects
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Right to work in China
  • Willingness to work onsite and physically able to conduct inspections in confined spaces and at height
