Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure funding from banks, financial institutions, government agencies, and investors.
- Lead financing applications, negotiations, and documentation.
- Identify and manage grants, incentives, and government funding programs.
- Prepare financial models, business plans, cash flow forecasts, and funding proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with bankers, investors, and funding partners.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and support strategic projects as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in corporate banking, corporate finance, project finance, treasury, investment banking, or financial advisory.
- Proven track record in securing corporate loans, project financing, grants, or government funding.
- Strong financial modelling, business planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Industrial sectors is an advantage.
