Description of the Role:

We are seeking Project Manager for upcoming wind energy projects. The role involves full-time commitment, client interactions, and leadership.


Location: Flexible (based on project needs)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage wind energy projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication and addressing concerns.
  • Provide timely updates and progress reports to clients.
  • Interact with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables for smooth execution.
  • Monitor progress, resolve potential issues, and ensure quality control.
  • Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards.
  • Monitor project costs, ensuring budget adherence.
  • Ensure smooth handover to the owner.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • Solid understanding of wind systems, and owner’s engineering services
  • Proven track record of managing renewable energy projects
  • Familiarity with industry design and construction standards
  • Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and quality regulations
  • Excellent project management skills (planning, organizing, resource allocation)
  • Technical competence, flexibility, and problem-solving approach
  • Strong commercial focus and risk management skills
  • Customer-centric thinker
  • PMP certification, CEM or similar credentials
  • Proficient in project management tools
  • Proficiency in English
  • International and multi-cultural experience
