QC Inspector Instrument-Telecom is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of telecommunications installations, equipment, and systems. This role involves a range of duties and responsibilities to maintain the integrity
and reliability of instrument and telecom systems, meets design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, and he/she has responsibility and authority for :
Duties & Responsibility
1 Support Lead QA/QC to control Contractor /Vendor to
implementation of Quality Management System
manufacturing, shop fabrication / modularization in
cooperation with Engineering, Construction and all
functions to establish Project quality documentation, such
as : Quality Plan, Quality Procedures & Shop Inspection
Test Plan, etc.
2 Inspect instrument-telecom devices, system,
components, installation to verify dimensional accuracy,
material quality, and workmanship.
3 Verify design specifications to check compliance with
contract, approved drawings, specifications, and
regulations.
4 Collaborate with with all related Engineers, Contractor
and fabricators base on contract requirements
5 Conduct thorough inspections of telecommunications
installations, including cables, equipment, and systems to
ensure compliance with project specifications and
industry standards.
6 Supports the Lead QA/QC to Controlling the overall
quality activities of Site Construction
7 Perform visual inspections, dimensional tests, and
checks on ratings and materials for connections
8 Conduct tests of continuity, insulation resistance, and
other relevant checks
9 Identify any defects/non-conformities, documented and
report deviations.
10 Ensure that all instrument and telecom installations are
safe and comply with regulatory requirements.
11 Prepare comprehensive reports on inspection results and
any identified discrepancies
12 Manage documentation with Contractor: Maintain
accurate records of QA/QC activities, inspection reports,
and certification documents.
13 Supporting Lead QA/QC in relations with the Meeting
with Construction Installation & Commissioning (CIC)

III. POSITION REQUIREMENT
1. Education & Experienced
- Minimum Bachelor degree of Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or
Controls Engineering (or equivalent), and experienced related field, with Ten (10)
years inspection experience in EPCIC and/or equivalent facilities / Project, He/She
shall be able to read, write and speak English Language.
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction in oil and gas industries
2. Requirements - ISO 9001:2025 Certification is advantage
- Qualification from IECEx-CoPC, CompEx, or similar international certification
schemes
3. Skills - Proficient in quality data and quality reporting with good skills in MS Office, especially for MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
