Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to support a brownfield offshore project during the bidding and pre-execution phase. The successful candidate will oversee construction planning and execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards, HSE policies, and client specifications. The role demands strong leadership in resource coordination, issue resolution, and delivery of contractual requirements.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all construction activities on the project to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME, COMPANY specifications, design codes, and offshore industry standards.
  • Coordinate and manage construction workforce and subcontractors efficiently.
  • Enforce HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture throughout construction execution.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Identify potential construction risks, constraints, and proactively propose mitigation solutions.
  • Expedite the resolution of operational and technical issues arising during construction.
  • Maintain alignment with contract deliverables, scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Serve as the key interface between COMPANY, site teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Support bid preparation through technical input and resource planning.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction within the oil & gas industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Construction Manager role on brownfield offshore projects.
  • Recognized degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven leadership in offshore construction, resource coordination, and contractor management.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASME codes, international design standards, and COMPANY specifications.
  • Strong commitment to HSE and ability to lead safety initiatives.
  • Experience supporting project bids or proposals is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Effective communicator in English, both written and verbal.
