Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and negotiate project contracts, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
- Manage contract execution, amendments, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor contractor performance and adherence to contractual obligations, timelines, and budgets.Analyze contract terms and resolve disputes or issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, and project teams to align contract strategies with project goals.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, variations, and related correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Contract Engineer, preferably in offshore or deepwater projects.
- Strong understanding of contract management for detailed engineering projects.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in China.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on a freelance basis.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
