Job Overview
The Senior E&I Engineer will be responsible for the preparation, coordination, and review of all electrical and instrumentation deliverables related to project execution. This includes developing technical documentation, managing vendor interactions, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and documentation in line with project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare data sheets, material requisitions, and technical clarifications for vendor quotations.
- Review and evaluate vendor technical bids (TBE) and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Review vendor documents post-PO, ensure document submission aligns with project document lists, and expedite approvals.
- Monitor the procurement, fabrication, and delivery status of package items to ensure timely delivery to site.
- Support construction and commissioning teams with technical clarifications and vendor coordination.
Technical Scope
- Instrumentation: Transmitters (PT, TT, PDT), Pressure & Temperature Gauges (PG, TG), Magnetic Level Gauge/Transmitter, Guided Wave Radar (GWR LT), Vibration Fork Switch/Transmitter.
- Flow and Level: Orifice Plate, Restriction Orifice, and Level Sketch preparation.
