Scope of Work

Job Summary / Principal Accountabilities During project:

Accountable to lead, prepare and implement Operations Readiness Plan (ORP) for Maintenance subject (ie: two years spare parts, equipment criticality assessment, maintenance procedure), support project team to review operability and maintainability and EPCIC Contractor to carry out pre-commissioning, commissioning, start–up, performance test safely, in budget and as per project schedule. During Operations stage: accountable to build motivated competent maintenance team and deliver gas & condensate with reliability as per target, safely and cost effective.


Responsibility

• Responsible to create positive work environment and build motivated competent Maintenance team by implementing PT LNG code of conduct, follow procedure and learning culture

• Responsible to develop, coach, the subordinate under his / her responsibility, pass the competency assessment as per designated roles. Comply with regulations as required by Government or other related bodies for certification.

• Responsible for developing, reviewing and updating maintenance procedures for mechanical, electrical & instrumentation systems.

• Supervise preventive, corrective, and breakdown mechanical, electrical & instrumentation maintenance activities.

• Oversee maintenance of midstream equipment including gas turbines, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, piping, valves and storage tanks

• Oversee maintenance of midstream E&I equipment including: o LV/MV/HV electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, and motors o UPS, batteries, and emergency power systems o Field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level analyzers) o Control valves, actuators, and on/off valves o DCS, PLC, SIS/ESD, F&G systems

• Ensure maintenance work is performed according to approved procedures, OEM manuals, drawings, and standards.

• Enforce compliance with HSE rules, PTW, LOTO, mechanical & electrical isolation procedures and hazardous area requirements.

• Conduct toolbox talks, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and risk assessments.

• Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations, Planning, and Engineering teams.

• Support plant start-up, shutdown and turnaround mechanical, electrical & instrumentation activities.

• Supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring safety, quality, and workmanship.

• Ensure accurate completion of work orders and maintenance records in CMMS/SAP.

• Responsible for finding a root cause, raise, implement the recommendation and take any lesson learnt for any trip, malfunction, process and hardware upset to make sure that the same incident will not recurrent

• Responsible for updating, reviewing maintenance strategies for PM, PDM, for each equipment and system to make sure maintenance program is carried out in efficient way

• Has good ability and skill to write a good report, read and speak in English


Minimum Requirements / Work Experiences Qualifications:

Education: Minimum D3 with mechanical rotating, mechanical static, electrical or instrument background Experience & Knowledge: Minimal has 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Industry / Chemical industry and at least 5 years experiences as a Maintenance Supervisor / Team Leader
