Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with strong expertise in Talent Development and Employee Engagement for a leading energy project. The role manages full-scope HR operations, including recruitment, mobility, learning, and culture, while driving initiatives that support employee growth, inclusion, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute internal people development and engagement programs, including coaching, feedback, and recognition initiatives.
- Lead career mobility, succession planning, and high-potential development programs.
- Manage HR operations and ensure timely execution of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Coordinate HR and training budgets, ensuring effective utilization and cost awareness.
- Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers on people-related matters.
- Drive employee well-being and inclusion initiatives across health, family, and workplace dimensions.
- Maintain accurate HR data systems and ensure compliance with all employment policies.
- Identify and monitor training needs and effectiveness across teams.
- Ensure completion of all mandatory learning programs within the organization.
- Lead updates of organizational memos, charts, and appointment notices.
- Serve as focal point for Diversity, Inclusion, Disability, and Mental Health support.
- Coordinate timely completion of performance review cycles.
- Support HR strategies, workshops, and initiatives that enhance culture and engagement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR, preferably within the Oil & Gas or large-scale industries.
- Proven experience in talent development, workforce planning, and engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Passion for people, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
