E&I Design Engineer

We are urgently seeking a Freelance E&I Design Engineer with strong technical expertise in Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) systems to support a short-term tender package. This role is ideal for engineers with solid experience in control systems, hydraulic layouts, and technical documentation.

🎯 Scope of Work

• Develop General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) for WHCPs, including:
• Overall dimensions
• Well Control Module (WCM) layout
• Pump layout
• E&I Junction Boxes (JBs)
• Nozzle list & handling space
• Create Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) for WHCP
• Perform sizing calculations for:
• Pumps
• Reservoirs
• Accumulators
• Calculate:
• Power consumption
• Utility air consumption
• Dry and operational weight

👤 Ideal Candidate

• Senior Instrumentation / Control Systems / Mechanical Engineer
• Strong background in WHCP design or similar control/hydraulic systems
• Skilled in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD tools
• Previous experience with EPC tenders in the oil & gas industry
• Able to deliver with minimal input and tight deadlines

This is a quick-turnaround freelance role — best suited for consultants with hands-on design experience who can hit the ground running.
