We are looking for an experienced Commissioning & Start-Up Subject Matter Expert to support a complex LCO2 Floating Storage and Injection Unit (FSIU) project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop key commissioning documents (philosophies, reports, assessment docs).
- Define commissioning and completions scope across all FSIU systems.
- Plan, estimate costs, and advise on Level 2 commissioning schedule.
- Lead system handover, pre-operations setup, and certification activities.
- Provide detailed operational procedures for first cargo loading, injection, shutdowns, and safety contingencies.
Requirements:
- Proven background in LCO2 or LPG plant commissioning/start-up.
- Strong grasp of industry codes and operational best practices.
- Able to develop plans, documentation, schedules, and work collaboratively with project teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
