  • Demonstrated experience in managing offshore drilling crews and leading safe and efficient operations under challenging conditions.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle high-stress situations and make quick, informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in drilling technology and tools, including experience with DD, MWD, LWD, and related optimization techniques.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills; proficiency in Malay or other local languages is a plus.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Offshore rotation schedule (e.g., 14 days on / 14 days off) with accommodations provided on-site in offshore Sarawak.
