Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing E-house or pre-fabricated building projects in Batam. This one-year contract, with potential for extension based on performance, requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a preference for candidates who have experience in mining, building, and construction industries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage E-house or pre-fabricated building projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Coordinate and supervise project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee procurement and logistics to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, financial performance, and risk assessments.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project records.
- Ensure successful project handover and closeout, including final inspections and documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on E-house or pre-fabricated building projects.
- Experience in mining, building, and construction industries is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all project activities.
- Willingness to work in Batam and travel as required by project needs.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
