Scope of Work

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design & Drafting:
  • Create and update electrical and instrumentation (E&I) design deliverables, including wiring diagrams, schematics, loop drawings, and layouts in alignment with the company scope and standards.
  • Develop detailed cable schedules, single-line diagrams, termination drawings, and panel layouts.


  1. Compliance & Standards:
  • Ensure all designs meet the company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow company-specific specifications for equipment integration and ensure adherence to project guidelines.


  1. Software Utilization:
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Aveva E3D, SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI), or other company-approved software for creating accurate and detailed drawings.
  • Maintain proficiency in the company-specified software tools and deliverables.


Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in E&I design, preferably in Oil & Gas, marine, or industrial sectors.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting/design software.
  • Familiarity with NOV software and tools such as AVEVA E3D, SmartPlant, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of E&I systems, including wiring, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Understanding of hazardous area classifications and related standards (e.g., ATEX, IECEx).
