Minimum Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in previous oil & gas projects.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in oil & gas (engineering and construction of oil & gas facilities).
Strong background in project management with exposure to both onshore and offshore construction.
Excellent ability to manage interfaces between project phases including design, construction, installation, hook-up, and commissioning.
Skilled in organizing and directing construction management activities to ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee overall project activities from initiation through completion.
Manage multi-disciplinary project teams and contractors across different project phases.
Ensure seamless coordination and interface management between engineering, construction, installation, and commissioning.
Drive project execution in line with contractual, safety, quality, and schedule commitments.
Provide leadership in resolving technical, contractual, and construction-related issues.
Report regularly to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and challenges.

15 years in oil & gas industry (engineering and construction of oil & gas facilities).
Minimum 2 FPSO projects covering the full conversion/fabrication phase.
