Master mariner having sailed as Chief Officer on LNG ships for at least 5 years, of which 2 years should be on FSRU.
Familiar with international standards and guidance from industry bodies.
Capacity to lead and manage interfaces with FSRU Owners, Bunker vessel operators, Port authorities, SLNG and other marine stakeholders.
Capacity to lead and support the development of engineering deliverables relating to the marine interface.
Understanding of basic process physics and engineering requirements (e.g. JT effect, able to understand HMB).
Understanding of hard arm operating and maintenance requirements.
Understanding of SSL requirements and limitations.
Support the development of operational philosophy and development of the required manuals (e.g. Terminal information manual, operating procedures, maintenance programmes, checklists etc.).
Capacity to support the development and implementation of the commissioning plan, in particular the interface between the onshore and FSRU design teams.
