Senior HSE Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems in alignment with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Conduct HSE risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure operational compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide guidance and training to staff and contractors on HSE protocols and standards.
• Coordinate emergency response planning and drills to ensure readiness.
• Engage with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance and communication.
• Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in an operator role.
• Proven experience in water operations—preferably in Sarawak or similar environments.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
