Job Title: Commissioning & Start-up Manager

Location: Malaysia

Project Type: Oil & Gas (FPSO)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the commissioning and start-up team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Organize, plan, and direct all commissioning and start-up activities to meet project schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to align commissioning and start-up objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to the commissioning team.
• Prepare and review commissioning procedures, schedules, and progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry (oil and gas facilities).
• At least 3 years of direct experience in commissioning works.
• Proven track record in leading commissioning teams.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary activities.
• Experience in at least 1 FPSO project throughout the conversion/fabrication phase.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
