Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.
- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
- Prepare and present progress reports, including critical path analysis and schedule forecasts.
- Analyze and address deviations in project timelines, proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with project milestones and client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in offshore or deepwater projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project scheduling tools.
- Strong knowledge of planning for detailed engineering projects.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on a freelance basis.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
