Job Summary:
The Senior Process Safety Engineer will be responsible for overseeing process safety and technical safety on floater and marine systems within EPCIC projects, specifically focusing on offshore EPCIC or floater projects. The role involves reviewing safety deliverables, third-party safety studies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and local regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and review EPCIC deliverables and third-party safety studies.
- Respond to EPCIC Contractor’s technical queries on behalf of the company.
- Attend and participate in discipline meetings with contractors.
- Supervise EPCIC Contractor’s work related to process safety to ensure compliance.
- Oversee the close-out of recommendations from HAZID, ENVID, and HAZOP workshops.
- Handle P&IDs, specifications, datasheets, and safety reviews independently.
- Provide technical support to the multi-discipline team as required.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Process Safety Engineer in EPCIC or offshore projects.
- Strong knowledge of Process Safety/Technical Safety for floater/marine systems.
- Hands-on experience in handling P&IDs, HAZID, ENVID, HAZOP close-outs.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and team-working skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and provide effective technical support.
