Construction Planner

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for the FPSO construction phase.
• Coordinate with project teams to align schedules with engineering, procurement, and fabrication timelines.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in resource allocation and forecast equipment, manpower, and material needs.
• Prepare regular progress reports and present updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment across all project phases.
• Facilitate risk analysis and mitigation strategies for schedule impacts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the planning process.
• Potentially travel to Batam for onsite coordination.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction planning for FPSO projects within an EPC environment.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or similar software.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle stages, especially in construction and offshore operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multinational teams.
• Willingness to relocate and travel as required by the project.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
