Quality Assurance & Control: Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures for all phases of the EPC lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Inspection & Testing: Oversee inspections and testing activities to ensure that materials, construction, and engineering processes meet defined quality standards.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Vendor & Supplier Quality: Evaluate and audit suppliers and vendors to ensure that all materials and equipment supplied meet quality specifications.
EPC Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure quality is embedded in every stage of the EPC project.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all QA/QC activities comply with local, national, and international regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, API).
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve quality-related issues that arise during project execution, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and ensure project excellence.
Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors to ensure alignment on quality expectations and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years involved in EPC projects.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of QA/QC methodologies, tools, and standards in EPC projects. Familiarity with quality management systems and software.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) are a plus.
