Develop, implement, and manage logistics plans and strategies aligned with project requirements and schedules.
Coordinate transportation of equipment, materials, and personnel, ensuring compliance with company's safety standards and international regulations.
Manage contracts with logistics service providers, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.
Supervise warehousing operations and inventory control to support project needs.
Monitor logistics performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation measures.
Ensure adherence to local and international customs and import/export regulations.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, including project managers and procurement teams, to align logistics with project goals.
Prepare and present regular reports on logistics operations, budgets, and KPIs to management.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably within the oil and gas or energy sector.
Proven track record of managing logistics for large-scale energy projects.
Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with the company's standards or similar industry frameworks is highly desirable.
Experience managing contractors and third-party logistics providers.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in logistics software and systems.

Valid certifications in HSE or equivalent (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are a plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages may be beneficial based on project location.
