B.Job Summary / Principal Accountabilities
During project: accountable to perform laboratory analysis as per procedure safely (when required).
During Operations stage: accountable to perform laboratory analysis as per procedure safely, timely and cost effective.
C.Responsibility
- Responsible for implementing PT LNG code of conduct, follow procedure and learning culture.
- Responsible for developing, review and updated laboratory Procedures for all analysis refer to international standard, including non-routine sample when necessary. Responsible for managing and controlling risk at Laboratory by implementing safety rules and safety behaviors.
- Responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the field laboratory quality assurance (QA)/ quality control (QC) programs.
- Conduct first and second level QA reviews of all data generated by laboratory analysts. Coordinate with other departments to report laboratory results.
- Responsible for conducting studies and evaluations in the use of oil field chemicals for operations in terms of dose optimization and control.
- Participate in inter-lab correlation tests.
- Responsible for managing competency and competency assessment to all subordinates.
- Responsible for issued routine laboratory report timely.
- Responsible for developing and proposing KPIs related to the laboratory team to support the company's targets.
- Conduct periodic reviews of KPI achievements with direct subordinates.
- Responsible for developing, managing and updated laboratory contract as required.
Skills & Abilities:
- Has competent leadership skills to lead and coach team
- Has good technical knowledge in chemistry and understands international standard procedures for laboratories.
- Has good understanding of PT LNG business process including HSSE standard and procedure
- Has good ability and skill to write a good report in English
- Has good analytical skills in problem solving.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum D3 in Chemical Graduate
Certifications: Certified of Oil and Gas Testing Laboratory (Sertifikasi Laboratorium Pengujian MIGAS)
Experience & Knowledge: Minimal has 10 years experiences in Oil & Gas Industry / Chemical industry, working with muti cultural environment and at least 5 years experiences as a Laboratory Supervisor
