Job Overview:
An oil and flats company is seeking a skilled P&ID Drafter to assist in creating high-quality process flow diagrams and tendering documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil industry and be proficient in using Microsoft Visio and Cadmatic software to produce clear and accurate designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and draft Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) for oil and flats operations.
- Create flow sheets and diagrams tailored for tendering and project proposals.
- Ensure that all designs align with industry standards and project specifications.
Required Skills & Software Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio for diagramming and flowcharts.
- Strong experience with Cadmatic software for complex P&ID creation.
- Knowledge of oil industry standards and processes.
- Ability to produce simple drawings and flow sheets for tendering purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in P&ID drafting, with a preference for experience in the oil industry.
- Strong understanding of process engineering in the context of oil operations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
