- Supervision of civil works: Supervising all civil activities such as land leveling, excavation, foundations, drainage installation, cable trenches, and the construction of auxiliary buildings or structures.
- Quality control: Ensuring that civil works comply with technical specifications and quality standards through periodic inspections and material testing (concrete, steel, etc.).
- Plan review: Ensuring civil works are carried out according to design plans and technical specifications. This includes verifying proper implementation of foundations and structures for mounting solar panels.
- Resource management: Controlling the proper use of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.), machinery, and tools necessary for the execution of work.
- Team coordination: Supervising on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are distributed efficiently, and timelines are respected.
