Interface Manager

Job Title: Interface Manager

Location: Malaysia

Project Type: Oil & Gas (FPSO)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all project interfaces across disciplines and stakeholders.
• Act as the focal point for interfacing with clients and other project package teams.
• Ensure that all interface issues are identified, tracked, and resolved to avoid delays and conflicts.
• Develop and implement interface management procedures to support project execution.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor interface-related risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare interface reports and provide regular updates to project management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry (oil and gas facilities).
• Adequate experience in project management with a focus on interface coordination.
• Proven involvement in at least 1 FPSO project throughout the conversion/fabrication phase.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
