Job Summary / Principal Accountabilities
During project: accountable to reviewing Unit Operating Manual (UOM) from EPCIC Contractor, support EPCIC to perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and plant performance test safely, in budget and as per project schedule. During Operations stage: accountable to operate plant in Safe Operating Limit (SOL) by controlling through DCS to deliver gas & condensate production as per target, safely, reliable and cost effective.
Responsibility
- Responsible for implementing PT LNG code of conduct, follow procedure and learning culture.
- Responsible for initiating, giving feedback and update Site Operating Procedure (SOP) for initial start-up, normal startup, shutdown, emergency shutdown, preparation for maintenance, re-instatement after maintenance and abnormal operations.
- Responsible for managing and controlling risk at site by implementing Control of Work (COW) procedures such as controlling defeated interlocks, implementing continuous risk reduction programs such as testing emergency valve/ shutdown valve.
- Responsible for controlling all operational parameters including pressure, temperature, level, differential pressure, and flow during normal operations. Performs process adjustments for detected process deviations and controls the process during upset conditions under the guidance of Operation Supervisor via DCS for Process Area in the CCR, as well as start-up/ shutdown of Inlet Separation Unit, AGRU, Dehydration Unit, Condensate Stabilization & Storage System, Heat Recovery Unit, Gas Compression System, and Gas Pipeline (Onshore-Offshore).
- Responsible for identifying emerging trends in operating conditions, reporting significant changes to Operation Supervisor and initiating necessary actions.
- Responsible for passing the competency assessment as a Process DCS Operator.
- Responsible for coordinating with external parties such as GOKPL, FLNG, in case of any shutdown/ emergency and supporting HSSE.

• Has good technical knowledge in process
• Has good understanding of PT LNG business process including HSSE standard and procedure
• Has good ability and skill to write a good simple report, read and speak in English
• Has good analytical skills in problem solving
Minimum Requirements / Work Experiences
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum SMA/Technical school with technical background, preferably D3 in chemical engineering
Certifications:
Certified of Oil and Gas Production Operations (Sertifikasi Operasi Produksi MIGAS-OPM)
Experience & Knowledge:
Minimal has 8 years experiences in Oil & Gas Industry/ Chemical industry and at least 3 years experiences as a DCS Operator
