Job Title: Primavera Planning Engineer (Bid Support – Short-Term Contract)
Location: Remote (Preference: Malaysia | Open to Asia-Pacific)
Contract Type: Freelance / Short-Term Consultancy (20–30 hours maximum)

1. Objective
We are seeking an experienced Primavera Planning Engineer to support the preparation of a competitive bid for a wellhead platform project.
The selected consultant will develop a highly detailed, structured, and technically accurate project schedule using Primavera P5 or P6.
This is a short-term assignment (20–30 hours maximum). If the bid is successfully awarded, the engagement may transition into a longer-term planning role.
2. Scope of Work
The consultant will be responsible for:
- Developing a fully structured Level 3/4 project schedule for a wellhead platform
- Building WBS aligned with offshore EPC execution standards
- Defining activity logic, sequencing, and realistic durations
- Establishing critical path and float analysis
- Integrating engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, hook-up, and commissioning activities
- Allocating resources where required
- Performing schedule risk awareness and identifying key execution constraints
- Ensuring schedule credibility for client submission
Deliverables:
- Primavera P5 or P6 native file
- PDF schedule output
- Critical path summary
- Assumptions and constraints log
3. Required Experience
- Proven experience using Primavera P5 or P6 (advanced user level)
- Demonstrated experience planning offshore wellhead platforms or similar offshore oil & gas facilities
- Strong understanding of EPC lifecycle for offshore structures
- Experience preparing schedules specifically for tender/bid submissions
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong attention to logic, constructability, and realistic sequencing
Preferred:
- Experience in Southeast Asia offshore projects
- Familiarity with fabrication yard planning and offshore installation sequencing
